DRIFT Investor Story

Canadian husband and wife team Mark and artist Vikki Fuller opened Drift Restaurant + Vgallery driftnevis.com on Nevis's Newcastle Bay in December 2019.  In a seaside-inspired setting, the cuisine celebrates authenticity, with sharing platters and entrees at lunch and candlelit dinner featuring the best of Nevisian farm and sea-to-table ingredients. Vikki's oil paintings are featured in the restaurant. In the video Mark tells his story about running a restaurant business in Nevis and what keeps him motivated and looking forward to the future. In 2021 the Fullers opened their second restaurant called Luna located at the Cliffdwellers Residences.
