In 1971, Richard and Maureen Lupinacci made the decision to move to Nevis and invest in the oldest wooden house in the Caribbean called The Hermitage. In the video, their son Richie tells the story of what made his family settle on Nevis and the benefit of his investment for them to live in the Caribbean.
